Bowser Automotive in Monroeville is seeking an Part Time Service Cashier to perform a variety of duties following established principles and procedures. The Evening Service Cashier will maintain a positive working relationship with customers while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all organizational matters.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Utilize CDK software to close repair orders
• Parts, service, and body shop cashier
• Responsible to balance cash and credit card transactions
• File service repair orders
• Scan high quantity of documents and email to processing center for service RO's
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Prior experience in CDK software a plus
• Must work independently
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Driving record in good standing

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
